Taylor Wedding Retreat
Come enjoy all that Taylor and Oxford has to offer, while staying in this stylish, newly-built custom cottage! 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms await you in the beautiful Plein Air neighborhood, which is just a short drive away from the Ole Miss Campus and Oxford square.
The Space:
The cottage includes all that you need to enjoy your stay: Large bedrooms, a fun bunkroom, a beautiful open-space kitchen/dining/living area, butler’s pantry, new appliances, tall ceilings, smart tvs, a large front and back porch, and private parking.
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Closet and Dresser, En-suite full bathroom with shower/tub.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Closet and Dresser, Attached full bathroom with shower/tub (accessible from hallway).
Bedroom 3: King Bed, Walk-in Closet, Large en-suite bathroom with double vanities and large walk-in shower.
Bunkroom: 4 Single Beds (2 Bunks) with ladder.
The Neighborhood:
This cottage is located in the charming Plein Air neighborhood in Taylor, MS. From Southern Living Magazine – “Plein Air blends classic architecture and distinct Southern Style. It promotes neighborhood values from a hundred years ago, featuring quiet streets for neighbors to walk and visit, big front porches, and lots of common green space.”
The cottage is located one street from the main square of Plein Air, which includes The Plein Air Chapel, The Mill event venue, Lost Dog Coffee Shop, Off Beat General Store/Blind Pig Deli, Grit Restaurant, and an open-space park with stage. All of these are a very easy stroll from the cottage, whether it’s to grab a coffee and bite to eat, attend a wedding, or enjoy one of the many events the neighborhood hosts including live concerts, farmer’s markets, and more.
Right outside of the neighborhood is the famous Taylor Grocery restaurant, which is either a 2-minute drive, or 10-minute walk.
The Area:
The cottage is a very short drive from Oxford and the Ole Miss Campus, which makes it the perfect place to stay while travelling for any campus events, including Orientation, Graduation, Football/Basketball/Baseball Games, and more!

Distance from cottage to Ole Miss Campus: 8.5 miles (10-15 minute drive)
Distance from cottage to Rowan Oak: 8.6 miles (10-15 minute drive)
Distance from cottage to University-Oxford Airport: 10.4 miles (20 minute drive)
Distance from cottage to Memphis International Airport: 77.4 miles (1 hour 20 minute drive)
